23. Craig Holland is very excited about Clark

so he wrote about his visit to Carter on the Clarkblog.

Interesting thing about Mr. Holland. He writes on his blog that he is changing his registration from Republican to Democrat just so he can vote for Clark. His cousin was governor and Senator from Florida.

Edit: heck, here is part of what he says on his blog.

I'm switching today, but not from Dean to Clark. I'm changing parties, and it feels like I'm gonna finally get that elephant off my back. What's great is that I had the opportunity to tell the whole nation on NPR (radio). (See earlier entry)

I live in Republican/Neoconservative Naples, Florida. I have been involved in politics since I was 7 years old, when we first got my father elected to city council. He was in office for 17 years. My cousin Spessard L. Holland, was governor of Florida and a U.S. Senator for 25 years. So I've followed politics my whole life.

I have never truly been comfortable speaking frankly about my views on American politics, in fear of repercussions. This is a tough town. Wesley Clark has given me the need and the courage to speak up.
