Graham: I hope we do find them. Our credibility is significantly eroded. But it isn't just finding WMD. It's finding WMD that posed an imminent threat. 45 minutes, etc.
Tweety: Are there still weapons in Iraq that could be used quickly against us?
Graham: If they find them, their strength will be strengthened. I hope they do.
Tweety: you will be wrong if they find the WMD with imminent threat.
