Its true that if he were non-white he would probably go to jail. But that doesn't mean that he should go to jail. It means that no one, no matter what color, should go to jail for doing that.

And then you have this weird reference to hurting the economy. Sorry, but I don't buy that.
One thing and one thing alone "ruins" the economy.
Republicans.
Did you ever notice that even when the economy is in ruins, the rich still get rich and still do very well for themselves???
