Who else heard Bush say this?

Yesterday, one of my local news channels re-played a sound bite of * responding to reporters' questions about the uranium debacle. I had time to jot down only the second half of his statement:

He said he was completely confident in the Niger claim...

(begin quote)

"Otherwise, I wouldn't-a put it in the speech."

(end quote)

Maybe I'm reaching (not!), but AFAIC, it sounds to me like Junior just took ultimate responsibility for those "16 little words."

Anyone else see it? Anyone have a transcript?
