My take is that he got too close to being a real journalist rather than the talking points spewing talking head sort usually favored on what passes for tv news these days.Oh and backlash just to differentiate us here at DU from some others who shall be unnamed but their initials are FR I believe the word you wanted was populist. My english teacher training coming out, and my contractors pay attention to the blueprint-measure twice, cut once penchant for accuracy.
