1. Forgot this one.
Gotta wait for Miers to be sworn in, first. Roberts may need some help. They need to set a precident (i.e. legislate a new law) that no sitting president can be indicted. While they're at it, they may as well make it official, that Bush is above the law and nothing can remove him from office.

Wait... wrong nightmare.
