"Some members of Free Republic, Conservative Underground and other conservative web sites discussed voters rights advocate Andy Stephenson while he was dying of cancer. Participants speculated that Andy Stephenson did not have cancer. Paypal cutoff his informal fundraising for his operation and later his Medicaid benefits for his aftercare and terminal hospital care were terminated, activists blamed FR for these actions.."
