if you were alive during Watergate? I'm not snarking, I swear. No sarcasm. But living through it was pretty rough. The President resigned and it looked for a while like the country would never recover. I was about 24 and I was really bummed out about all of it, although I had never been a Nixon fan. It was internationally embarrassing, as well.
