If he says he won't run for re-election like Cunningham has done, then he and the Rethugs don't want him to resign as that might help a Dem get his seat more than for him to wait for another election to do so, if the laws requiring special elections are anything like those in California. We're trying to force Cunningham to resign before February to force a special election for his seat with no primaries, no runoffs and just a plurality needed to win the seat. That's probably Busby's best shot at winning this seat.

Maybe we should start pushing for New Orleans "immigrants" to Texas to move to Delay's district to help oust him or whoever runs later!

After 2006, if he doesn't get put in prison, he'll go back to being a full time "Hot Tub Tom" as Randi puts it!
