93. That was not what was said in "Freakonomics".
I just so happen to be reading that book on the side while studying econ at UW Madison and the point was not about black babies. The point was that babies who would normally be born into poverty and dysfunctional families that would produce people more likely to committ crimes were being aborted and hadn't been before. The author did not single out black babies, hispanic babies, white babies, or any such thing. Bennett just happened to see it that way because he is a rascist pig.
