20. Another nonsense question
What does it mean to say that an investigation into a politician's misconduct is politically motivated? If the person being investigated makes his living from politics, anything attaching to him becomes political almost by definition.

Why don't they ask whether Bush's repeated forays down to Texas and Louisiana are politically motivated? They are, and everyone knows it. There's no question. Is the investigation into DeLay's wrongdoing politically motivated? Of course. What a stupid question, designed to obscure DeLay's crime and highlight the prosecutor's motivation.
