16. I disagree.
First, Pat B. said even if Tom Delay beats the charge, his career is done. The White House has to drop support for him because he has too much baggage. Second, he said that about half the House republicans are ready to withdraw support for Delay.

Conspiracy charges are historically hard to prove. But we do not know the evidence the DA has. Hence, one can only speculate -- without having any real knowledge -- about the strength of the charges.
