look at the record in Kosovo... 20,000 bombs and they took out an amazing 13 fucking tanks. But killed 1500 civilians and wounded 10,000 others. And those are NATO's numbers.

8000 of the 10,000 people killed by the serbs died AFTER Clark's air campaign started. I guess bombing tv stations, markets, residential areas, water treatment plants, schools and hospitals to cause economic damage didn't really hurt the serb war machine.
