33. Maybe I'm stuck in the wrong mindset
but I don't consider the Democrats rivals, I think of them as allies. I assume we're both working for the same goal of socialized healthcare, a protected environment, and protecting the working poor. That's what I want to try to do. Aren't those supposed to be Democratic party goals?

As for California (by the way, his name is Camejo, not Cam-hey-ho) if he wants to run, I don't much see what's stopping him. There are, what, 144 other candidates to vote for? But if people think he's the best man for the job of governor of California (and they think the recall should go through -- hey, it's their right to think that), then they should be able to vote for him without having pissed off people calling them the great Satan throwing stones at them. This doesn't stop me from thinking what I may about the recall bullshit.

The goal of the Green party USA, at least to my knowledge, is currently to build a politically progressive party in the United States. I don't see anything wrong with that, and while you certainly have your right to beef with that, to say your beef is that the Green party is not the Democratic party is kind of one-sided and ignorant, and that's what gets thrown out most of the time. I still don't buy that "if you aren't with us you're against us" bullshit -- we're working for the same things here.
