139. The problem isn't the kid
small children can't be held responsible for not knowing that you don't act like that. But the kid's presence and acting out just brings up the question WHAT ARE THEY DOING THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE?
Looking like a throwback to the 1950s as others have said.

These children were meant to be seen and the message was meant to be heard: Fambly Valyoos uber alles.
