We can all be held responsible for the manner in which we represent our companies in the media and YES this is the media.

Certain acts such as whistle blowing may be protected, but he gave enough information to be identified and his company may even have an employee manual that specifically precludes what he did.

As SoCalDem stated above, we need to take caution with what we post.
I often hit the alert where I feel people have shared information that may come back to harm them
