ALBERTA, CANADA - An error made by a video technician at Canada's national news service, the CBC, is being blamed for causing mass hysteria across the country.

Video Footage shown of the President during the MAD COW news alert in Canada
During a special breaking news alert, CBC anchorman Peter Mansbridge, reported the discovery of a Mad Cow in the country. However, during the live broadcast, viewed by an estimated 8 million Canadians, the video technician mistakenly ran file footage of President George W. Bush on his ranch in Texas.
