Try to offer condolences to other countries, not only European ones, when it comes to tragedies. Pakistan for example, suffered an attack on June. They lost 16 innocent Pakistanis in a mosque.
Iran suffered a terrorist attack from Sunnis right before the elections. the deadliest in Iran in more than a decade
