It is an ambiguous mixture of both, which is why these issues are always so divisive and complicated.

In the end, my point is that even if homosexuality were a choice, it is a legitimate choice and individuals have a constitutionally guaranteed right to make that choice and make it free of segregation or other kinds of discrimination.

So for me, saying "its not a choice" isn't even the point.
