23. I would think so.
Not to mention all the Christians out there who DIDN'T vote for the shrub. This is all going to backfire on the Republican's. Mark my words. The far right is starting to invoke their own agenda as that of the whole party and it's kind of fun to watch, schadenfreude if you will, and the whole party becoming fragmented.
