He knows how to stick to a budget, since his income was limited to $50 million a year. Like the Kennedy's, his wealth enables him to focus on the needs of the people, especially Bush, who needs to steal California in 2004.

Give me a chance to stick to his budget. For just one year. I'll go back to my current income after the year is up. I swear! I'll focus on the needs of the people, er..the person. Not Bush. ME! Me!
