Capital Gang 9/13 transcript - citation question

Here is a link to a transcript last night's Capital Gang:
http://www.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0309/13/cg.00.html

With this "fun" quote:

SHIELDS: That's right and, Bob, you know, as the "Los Angeles Times" pointed out, and I'm sure you read it, if President Bush's 2001 tax cuts were frozen just for the top one percent it would be a saving of $442 billion.

I was just wondering if anyone had a link to the article in the LA Times. It's not that I doubt the figures; I'd just like to have the article in my bookmark arsenal.

Thanks in advance!
