24. I agree-at least the Catholic Church helps the poor
I was raised in the '70s and early '80s and went to Catholic school. We were always donating money, foodstuffs, clothing and toys to those less fortunate than us. It was also the heyday of Liberation theology and I knew a lot of nuns and priests that had worked down in central America helping the poor there.

This fake, over-the-top, fundamentalist Christianity is contrary to Jesus' teachings. How can these ministers and their followers claim they're doing Jesus' work?
