How Come People are Belatedly Turning Against Bush???
Advertisements [?]
I noticed the recent polls about believing Bush and his Social Security proposal. As Chris Matthews pointed out tonight, the more Bush runs around the country peddling it, the more the numbers crash. Isn't it interesting that he ran around the country in the campaign and these same fools backed him and believed everything he said. I suppose this sudden decline is because people are closer to the SS issue and personally effected and, therefore, when Mr. Charm lays it on, they can smell the stinking con man a mile away!! They weren't invested in nor effected by the Iraq war or terrorism (happened miles away in a place called NYC)and thus swallowed his pig shit without even a glass of water to wash it down. Perhaps...just perhaps...this SS push by Bush will start making people distrust and question what he and the repubs are doing as other issues emerge. This may end up actually finally getting a lot of people to recognize the bastard for what he is and for what we've been trying to tell them he is. A politician always runs a risk when he tries to bullshit people on an issue that they actually are informed about.
