I and my family refuse to shop there, and that's probably a few thousand dollars of revenue a year they could have had. Whether boycotters are having much impact or not is beyond my ability to know, but it's definitely having some.

I think your instincts are right, though: I doubt this is going to be anything short of a dismal retail season.
