10. Clinton didnt create Bosnia and the horrors there.
I dont know if it was the best or the right way to deal with it but it was a horror already, a genocide in progress.

He made the decision and did it because he thought it was the right thing to do, for him ; the human thing to do, where was the profit? the catch? there was none, thats proves his motives.
