10. An earlier race tied on recount, hee, hee:
Past recount tied this election for a District Justice race:

CLARION -- Unofficial tallies from the court-ordered recount of ballots from the District Justice 18-3-02 race put the contest at a tie with both challenger Nancy Kadunce and incumbent Duane Quinn collecting 1,508 votes.
The recount produced eight additional votes for Kadunce. The Clarion County Election Board in November 2003 declared Quinn the winner of the contest, 1,508 to 1,500.
Kadunce filed a petition for a recount of the votes and that request was granted by Senior Judge Carson Brown.
Clarion County Judge of Common Pleas James Arner and Senior Judge Charles Alexander both recused themselves from the case.
Carson appointed Kim E. Kesner to head the recount panel.
