Embrace the full HORROR of the NIGHTMARE Part II (A Brilliant Discussion)
Advertisements [?]
A brilliant discussion and topic for discussion went on right here a few days ago and I'm resubmitting it to GD for further contemplation. Walt, I think it's a crazy idea. It is truly terrifying but not any more or less terrifying than the prospect of loosing the ability to filibuster in the Senate.

I strongly encourage all DUers to read this thread particularly the exchange between VelmaD and Walt Starr. These two really get to the bottom of what makes for a compelling argument that, at least, is tantalizing to consider.

I also need to read The Art of War. I want to respond with something along the lines of "It's so crazy it just might work", but I'm not as schooled with electoral politics, myself. But the idea that is advanced here is as controversial as it is challenging.

Walt, I hope that you (or I) don't get further flamed for this but I thought this discussion to compelling to let go and I wanted more DUers to read it and to hear their opinions on it.
