273. Question for Bev Harris or SomeBody???
I agree that the data collecting you are asking for is of the essence.

In the interest of saving time and increased efficiency maybe SomeBody(s) can fill in some of the blanks for the rest of us.

we....need a refinement of Bev's- # 2. CRUNCH THE NUMBERS:

1. We need a list that includes best estimates of states & counties that someone in your organisation feels needs special attention.

If your present research has given you suspicions of where, why not pick on them first?

Or more generally maybe confirm this: What are the states that need attention the most?
Would they be the most contested states, or the states with the most reported voting irregularities.
I'm thinking they would be.

We need some kind of prioritized list please. Or Does it matter? Am I dead wrong?

Some measure of coordination seems sensible.

For instance: When we go out walking precincts with limited time and limited troops to walk them, we try to hit the precincts that will deliver the richest troves first. We don't double walk them over and over either. A bit of a plan would help us all out.

My reasoning is this. Why do the same work several times over? Coordinate:

So if you decide this make sense and we coordinate, the next question is- where and how to coordinate? At Does DU allow this? Get another message board or list serv up and running specifically for this operation?

At any rate, if nothing else, someone involved needs to post a list of counties already surveyed so the work doesn't get done several times over.

2. Then we could use more specific research aid those new to such research. Give us a posting that gives where to go to get started. That would be very helpful and almost certainly increase participation.

For those already familair with this kind of research HELP THE REST OF US OUT.
Point us in the right direction. Please.Thanks.

For example: Say its Ohio State or any state. Then if you have the online source for those stats already, That would help alot. If someone has already done this reseach, nows the time to give it. With something like this in hand, I'm betting more people would sign on to gather the data.
