BUT it might very well blowback right in their faces. The nation is not the same as it was 1 year ago. There is rising dissent against Bushco, F911 helped, no WMD report helped, no terror link helped, Richard Clarke's book helped, Joe Wilson's book helped....heck, even Cheney's blasphemy helped!

The point I am trying to make is that it wiould in effect, guarentee a huge sympathetic following to the dems.....and it would prove that the repubs FAILED at keeping the nation secure, even though it is central to their re election platform.
