12. Things I do to keep my sanity:
When I'm feeling pissed, one of the best ways to relieve it is to go grocery shopping. If I'm SUPER pissed, I go to a whole foods Republicans in those; it's worth the extra money sometimes. Take your time picking through the produce...savor it. Indulge yourself. If you're vegan, skip the meat...I don't.

Bring your booty home and cook yourself a nice meal. Make a pot of soup, or some guacamole, or a nice black bean salad with fresh squeezed lime and cilantro, a nice big fat hamburger...WHATEVER.

Be glad you are who you are, and remember that there are others like you who feel the same way. Don't let the scumbags drag you down to their level.

Let's just try to use the processes in place; save the violence for another time...and that time may come for all of us.

One more thing: when you see those sub-human pieces of shit with their assinine made-for-idiots slogans, just remember that they are prisoners of their own ignorance and you are FREE.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
