13. Rumsfeld should be executed for crimes against humanity
If there was any justice in the world Rumsfeld would be tried, convicted, and hung by the neck until dead. Since I'm against the death penalty I'd settle for lifetime in prison.
If Rumsfeld had a shred of dignity he would commit suicide to spare his family further humiliation and shame.
