6. I do not understand this thread at all. In the first place John Kerry
is a statesman. He has risked his life for our country. He has taken up unpopular causes. He has the most liberal voting record in the Senate. He is a respected environmentalist (which sealed him for me eons ago.) He is very pro vet. He has a legitimate degree from Yale. He is compassionate. He has a fabulous wife, who tells it like it is. How many more points do I need to make? He actually speaks proper English. He will do all he can for health care reform. He will be a strong leader who includes the world in his actions. He will help Africa with aids (not just do a photo op like Georgie Porgie.) Oh, and most importantly of all, he is NOT George Bush, who appoints right wing idiots for judges and for Secretary of Defense, Attorney General, Vice Pres, etc. He will give tax breaks to the middle class and not the richest of the rich. He will reduce the deficit, which seems to be the albatross all Dems get left with. I could continue, but I won't; you get my drift. It makes me mad when Dems threaten to stay home. That is just what the Bushies hope will happen.
