Evidence in last year for or against Bin Laden being alive

I think he's dead and that comments Bush has made about him previously indicate he knows it, doesn't care about that aspect of it, but nobody is gonna blow the whistle because it's good to keep Bin Laden as the Whip-Up-Terra frontman.

Reading today about Zarquawi getting pushed to the front of the bus as the New-Terra-Man while the govt downplays Bin Laden makes BL being dead high-odds.

What's the proof, pro or con, for B L being alive at this point? Links?
