10. I hope not...
Nothing would be more satisfying than to see Bush twist in the wind, but between now and January, 2005 there are eight months. The Iraqi people are suffering every day, and will suffer every day of those eight months. Our American troops are at risk also, and will be every day of those eight months. Whatever the UN possibly can do, I would hope it feels morally obligated to try between now and then. It might not do too much good, but I hope they try.
I also hope the nations in the UN have a serious plan on the horrible possibility that Kerry doesn't win.
