Today's (3/14) elections -- Spain and Russia

Spain has parliamentary elections... 350 seats in lower house and 208 in the Senate. Before the bombings, Aznars's party was favored by 5 points in the one poll I see referred to in the news. Cnn info on the election:

Unfortunately I can't read Spanish and can't find the closing time for the Spanish elections.

Russia is holding stage one (there's a second stage if necessary) of their Presidential election. Putin, running as an independent, is expected to be reelected....
