She has her sights set on replacing Governor Goodhair (Rick PERRY, he of the TX redistricting-Tom DeLAY theft). But before Scott gets over his post-traumatic-stress-disorder from the crumbling Shrub regime, there will have to be sessions between him and mommy around the question, "How come Brother got the cushy FDA job, while I got this hellhole press secty job for Shrub? She is married to Ed Strayhorn, the founder and president of the oldest tennis court construction business in Texas. Mr. Strayhorn also is an accomplished jewelry designer whose works are on display in galleries across America.

Her son, Scott McClellan is the new White House Press Secretary.

The "Keeton McCLELLAN RYLANDER STRAYHORN" part is, indeed, Carole's collection of surnames, but just a joke at the street named in political sychophancy for her father, Dean KEETON.
