4. American standards of decency
do we have those any more? I think we tossed those standards out the window a long time ago. A hellsfire and brimstone puritancal hatred of sex and a bloodlust for violence do not really conform with the notion of decency on any level.


n 1: the quality of conforming to standards of propriety and morality 2: the quality of being polite and respectable

See, we just don't operate like that here anymore in 'Murika. It's all arrogance, condescension and bluster, and 'exporting death to the four corners of the world'. :-(
