President Clinton
Former President, William J. Clinton will address the congregation during the worship service on Sunday, August, 29, 2004. Dr. Forbes will introduce Mr. Clinton as part of an anouncement about the current Mobilization 2004 campaign to recover America's spiritual, moral and democratic values. United States Senator, Hillary Rodham Clinton will also attend the service.

The Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of the month followed by a Healing Service. The previous weeks service is broadcast every Sunday morning at 5:00 a.m. on 106.7 FM Radio. Audiotapes of the service are also available after the Service of Worship in the Visitors Center Gift Shop.

Infants and adults are welcomed into the church community through Baptism or Dedications, usually on the second Sunday of the month. Arrangements must be made in advance by contacting the Parish Life Office at 212.870.6703.

The Riverside Church is located on Manhattans Upper West Side near Columbia University. The church covers a two-block area extending from Riverside Drive to Claremont Avenue and between 120th Street and 122nd Street. (120th Street is also named Reinhold Niebuhr Place.) The Claremont Avenue entrance (91 Claremont Avenue) is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
