When your Commander in Chief tells you, we are going to hunt them down and smoke them out, then any sort of discipline goes right out the window. When that attitude comes from the top, then the situation of the ground is ripe for all sorts of horrors and abuses. It seems that attitude of the people running Iraq, is that anything goes and nothing can stop them. Under these circumstances, how the heck do we expect these kids to act? Especially, when your superiors are just about ordering you to act like this?
