27. I don't believe in the death penalty. I also don't know who shot Daniel Faulkner.
I do know that Mumia did get a fair trial, as demonstrated by Amnesty International. I also know that the prosecutor's version of events are farcical. I know that the original crime scene photos show that police tampered with the crime scene. I know that 15 police officers involved in the investigation, including the lead officer, went down on FBI charges and the police department is the only one in this country ever sued by the Department of Justice.

Does none of that bother you?
