34. Rep. Barney Frank retiring
Source: Washington Post

After 16 terms in office, Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) plans to retire, according to a statement from his office. Frank, 71, will announce his retirement at the Newton City Hall this afternoon.

The press conference is scheduled for 1 p.m
