6. Sadly, I think what the SCOTUS was really saying is that they are not going to certify any class
that is suing Walmart for discrimination.

And no lawyer is going to take a case against that behemoth on contingency for one person. The xerox costs alone would more than eat up the entire recovery. (maybe an exaggeration, but not by a lot.)

Maybe the SCOTUS will not certify any class suing any job creator for discrimination.

Sure, they never said that in so many words. Let's see what happens with the next group of cases, though.
