70. Politically, they do.
No one "wins" a government shutdown on principle. Shutting down the government puts thousands of people out of work for God knows how long. People all over the country are hurt (do SS checks still go out)? It's not a good idea to advocate for, no matter what side of the ideological spectrum you're on, because it basically says "I don't give a shit about the people who elected me to represent them!"

The only winners and losers are on a political level.
