in the Madoff case. For one thing, I'm curious how the Swiss bank UBS Warburg is involved. Also Medici bank (?). Which I believe is now closed.
Why did Madoff confess so quickly. He claimed that he "was the only one involved in the Ponzi scheme". Yeah right.
Also, one of Madoff's sons was married to a woman who was an attorney who worked for the SEC. Hmmmm. And the SEC never once went after Madoff. Even though he was investigated several times by them. The stuff just doesn't add up.
