6. It sure was cold this past winter in New England
We're having a typical hot summer with a modest amout of rain. Temperatures have actually been lower than usual.. (I don't believe we have hit 100 yet this year).

I was flying to Ireland last week and Greenland looked pretty frozen to me.

To me, the effects of global warming would be too slow for a single human lifetime to notice. I'm not discounting the hazards of greenhouse gasses but attributing current weather to "global warming" just seems rather short sighted.
