4. when can we get a "Department of Homeland Cooling"?

I've heard that there is quite the heatwave across Europe right now -- even reaching into Asia (having dinner with Iranian friends when they received a phone call from home on the weekend .... apparently it was 48 Centigrade, or around 120 F, in Tehran).

I'm not looking forward to the more frequent and extreme hot spells projected by the global warming impact studies ...
