Same'o same'o - police doing the same garbage everywhere - since Tricky Dick days, when they started to really hone their "mass control tactics" seriously for this day and age, and every fucking pig force on Earth going to USA for the latest education and innovation.

"They are deliberately and systematically trying to dissuade people through intimidation and violence from being politically active. Many people have said they will never attend another demonstration again after april 1st and i think that's the whole point of the police tactics."

It's not just MET and this is nothing new. There is just (shortening) learning curve of how many similar stories from all over the world one is exposed to and needs to hear before grasping the essential: pigs are no friends of we the people. Even though individual coppers certainly can be, on occation. But how many small crimes, affecting small people, did they solve or stop, latest you heard? And how many big crimes, affecting us all and this whole being in this situation, did they enable and protect?
