I think if you read between the lines the people of Iraq need to wake up and take control of their own destiny. Thugs and bandits ran sections of Iraq even during Saddams reign.There were places that Saddam avoided like the plague also.
Iraqi's have to relize they are stronger then the thugs/bandits soon or they will forever be lost sheep cowering in the dark.
