45. What are the odds Cheney will resign before the end of his term?
The list of nefarious activities of the VP, albeit shrouded by darkness, are going to slowly but surely come into the light with trials, oversight and Congressional hearings on everything that has avoided scrutiny since King George and his court were awarded the Presidency by the Supreme Court. If I was still a betting man (which I no longer am) I'd say 60-40 at this point in time.
